Ercüment Alptekin - Board Member

Ercüment Alptekin, born in 1956, started his career as production manager and then continued as factory manager in 1985 in steel industry. He worked as general manager at foreign trade sector till 2000 and started his career in retail management sector by working as shopping center manager at Orion Shopping Center located in Çorlu.  Following his successful management of Orion SC for three years, he transferred to Armada Shopping Center which also includes a business center within, in 2003. Being transferred to Alkas Shopping Centers Management and Consulting Company as general manager of the management department in 2007, Mr. Alptekin played an important role in business development and entering into the new markets in addition to his responsibility of the management processes, coordination, marketing and field operations. In April 2014, Mr. Alptekin started to work as property management director at Emaar Turkey and was responsible for the multiuse project which was planned to be structured approximately on 900.000 m2 land including a hotel, residence, shopping center and a business center. Having an undergraduate degree on metallurgical engineering form ODTÜ, Ercüment Alptekin has been the founder and the board member of Libra DLM which is a consulting company for Shopping Malls and retail sector in Turkey since December 2015.
